Pork Loin & Tenderloin
Pork loin and tenderloin are novel proteins loaded with many essential vitamins (thiamine, niacin, B6, riboflavin, and B12) and minerals (phosphorus, potassium, selenium, zinc, calcium, iron, and manganese).
Quinoa, also known as an ancient grain, is actually a seed related to beets, chard, and spinach, which contain many powerful anti-inflammatory phytonutrients. Quinoa is high in protein, fiber, magnesium, folate, phosphorus, and manganese.
Kale is high in antioxidants, including vitamin C, beta-carotene, and manganese. It contains important phytonutrients as well as vitamin K, which is known to control the inflammatory process. Kale is also high in vitamins A, B1, B2, B3 and B6, and copper, calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, omega-3 fatty acids, folate, and phosphorus.
Carrots are an excellent low-calorie source of beta-carotene as a source of vitamin A, which is great for maintaining healthy vision. Carrots are also a great source of fiber and vitamins C and K, which help immune function and blood clotting. Carrots contain potassium as well, which is an important electrolyte involved in hydration.
Fuji apples are high in antioxidants and fiber, and we always core our apples before including them in our diets.
Icelandic premium fish oil provides omega-3 fatty acids in highly biologically available forms of EPA and DHA. Omega-3 fatty acids are important for maintaining healthy skin, a shiny coat, and brain development during growth.
Type II Collagen
Type II collagen is a component of cartilage and connective tissue and may help support the structural integrity of joints and maintain joint mobility.
