Real Ingredients
Tofu
Great source of vegetarian protein. Soy also has a good track record of being used in pet food with no concerns for developing heart disease.
Sweet Potatoes
Sweet potatoes are a tasty source of vitamin A, which can help support healthy vision. Sweet potatoes also contain dietary fiber and are packed with vitamins B6 and C, manganese, and potassium, which aid in maintaining healthy digestion.
Quinoa
Quinoa, also known as an ancient grain, is actually a seed related to beets, chard, and spinach, which contain many powerful anti-inflammatory phytonutrients. Quinoa is high in protein, fiber, magnesium, folate, phosphorus, and manganese.
Kale
Kale is high in antioxidants, including vitamin C, beta-carotene, and manganese. It contains important phytonutrients as well as vitamin K, which is known to control the inflammatory process. Kale is also high in vitamins A, B1, B2, B3 and B6, and copper, calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, omega-3 fatty acids, folate, and phosphorus.
White Mushrooms
Rich in healthy antioxidants and minerals. White mushrooms were also recommended by our research partners for its anti-microbial properties and potential to aid in dental health.
