1. Sponsor. The Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by JustFoodforDogs, LLC, 1787 Flight Way, Tustin, CA 92782 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility. The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Pyrex, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period. The Promotion begins on August 11, 2026 and ends on August 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“Entry Period”).

4. How to Enter. During the Entry Period, follow @justfoodfordogs, @pyrexhome and @oliamajd on Instagram, like the official Promotion post, and comment on the post with your dog's name and their favorite fresh food topping. The entrant who submits the winning comment will be deemed the winner. Each comment counts as one (1) entry. Multiple entries are permitted; each entry must be a unique comment. Automated or bulk entries are not eligible.

5. Entry Requirements. All comments must comply with Instagram’s community guidelines and must not contain obscene, offensive, or inappropriate content. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these requirements.

6. Winner Selection. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Drawing will take place on or around August 22, 2026. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.

7. Prize. One (1) winner will receive a prize package including:

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,300. Actual value may vary based on dog size, caloric needs, and recipe selected. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of prize permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

8. Winner Notification. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from @justfoodfordogs within approximately seven (7) business days of the drawing. Winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Winner may be required to provide a valid mailing address, email, and phone number.

9. Taxes. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for prize values of $600 or more.

10. Intellectual Property. By entering, entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the submitted comment across Sponsor’s social media channels, website, and marketing materials.

11. Release and Limitations of Liability. By entering, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Pyrex, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or unintelligible entries, or for any technical failures, errors, or malfunctions.

12. Privacy. Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion and fulfilling the prize. Sponsor will not sell or share entrant information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to administer the Promotion. 13. General. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any factor that impairs the integrity of the Promotion. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any and all responsibility related to the Promotion. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
