JUSTFOODFORDOGS "FRIDAY LOOKALIKE" CONTEST 

OFFICIAL RULES 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

  1. Sponsor. The Friday Lookalike Contest ("Contest") is sponsored by JustFoodforDogs, LLC, 17851 Sky Park Circle, Irvine, CA 92614 ("Sponsor"). 
  2. Eligibility. The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. 
  3. Entry Period. The Contest begins on March 20, 2026 and ends on March 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time ("Entry Period"). 
  4. How to Enter. During the Entry Period, follow @justfoodfordogs on Instagram, like the official Contest post, comment your dog’s name and DM a photo of your dog. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void. 
  5. Entry Requirements. All photos must be of a real dog owned by or in the legal care of the entrant. Photos must not contain obscene, offensive, or inappropriate content. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these requirements. By submitting a photo, entrant represents and warrants that the photo is the entrant's original work or that entrant has all necessary rights to submit it. 
  6. Judging. One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible entries by the JustFoodforDogs social media team based on resemblance to Friday. Judging will take place on or around March 30, 2026. The decisions of the judges are final and binding.  
  7. Prize. One (1) winner will receive one (1) year of JustFoodforDogs fresh food, delivered monthly for twelve (12) consecutive months. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $4,000. Actual value may vary based on dog size and dietary plan selected by Sponsor. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of prize permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. 
  8. Winner Notification. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from @justfoodfordogs within approximately seven (7) business days of judging. Winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Winner may be required to provide a valid mailing address, email, and phone number.  
  9. Taxes. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for prize values of $600 or more. 
  10. Intellectual Property. By entering, entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the submitted photo across Sponsor's social media channels, website, and marketing materials, with credit to the entrant where practicable. Entrant retains ownership of the photo. 
  11. Release and Limitations of Liability. By entering, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising out of participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or unintelligible entries, or for any technical failures, errors, or malfunctions. 
  12. Privacy. Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest and fulfilling the prize. Sponsor will not sell or share entrant information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to administer the Contest.   13. General. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any factor that impairs the integrity of the Contest. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any and all responsibility related to the Contest. This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
