We offer free shipping on frozen autoship orders over $99 and non-frozen & dry autoship orders over $49. Non-frozen & dry include Pantry Fresh, DIY Kits, Supplements, Treats, and Merchandise. To receive free shipping on frozen orders, order subtotal must meet or exceed $99 (before tax and discounts are applied). To receive free shipping on dry orders, order subtotal must meet or exceed $49 (before tax and discounts are applied). Our flat rate shipping fee is $19.99 for orders that do not meet our free shipping thresholds.
