At JustFoodForDogs, we're committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your first purchase and it’s within 30 days of purchase, we'll give you a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be purchased directly from JustFoodForDogs. The refund is only available one time per person and JustFoodForDogs reserves the right to deny refunds where it, in its sole discretion, determines that there has been a misuse of the one-time promotional refund. (Shipping and/or delivery fees are non-refundable.) Being perishable, our products are not otherwise eligible for return or refund from JustFoodForDogs. Products not purchased directly from JustFoodForDogs are not eligible for return or refund from JustFoodForDogs. Products purchased from one of our Authorized Resellers* (Amazon.com, Chewy.com, Pet Food Express, Petco, PetSmart, Albertsons, Vons, Pavilions, Jewel-Osco, Market Street, Randalls, United, Tom Thumb, Safeway, Lucky, Tractor Supply Co., HEB) must be returned to the original place of purchase, pursuant to applicable Authorized Reseller’s return policies.
Custom diets are restricted from refunds due to the unique custom formulation. Refunds for formulation fees associated with custom diets are nonrefundable if services to create the diet have begun prior to receiving a request for a refund or cancellation, and the request is made greater than 30 days from the time of your initial consult.
