Wild Caught Cod
Wild Caught Cod is an excellent source of protein and a good source of omega 3 fatty acids, niacin,
vitamin B-12 & B-6, potassium, phosphorus and selenium.

Sweet Potatoes
Sweet Potatoes contain a unique root storage protein that have significant antioxidant capabilities and are an
excellent source of vitamin A and a very good source of vitamin C and manganese. Sweet potatoes are
also high in beta-carotene and a good source of copper, dietary fiber, Vitamin B6, potassium and iron.

Long Grain White Rice
Long Grain Enriched White Rice is an easily digestible carb source fortified with B Complex. It’s also loaded
with iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, zinc, copper and selenium.

Broccoli is an excellent source of the vitamins K, C and A, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and
the vitamins B6 and E, as well as folate and fiber.

Zucchini is an excellent source of manganese and vitamin C, magnesium, vitamin A, dietary fiber,
